Connect Services

Our Connect Services come standard for your Mercedes-Benz and are available
lifetime. To take advantage, all you need to do is create a Mercedes me ID, agree
to the Terms of Use, link your vehicle to your Mercedes me account and
download the Mercedes me App on your smartphone.

  2. Mercedes me connect is not available on B-class, smart and Mercedes- Benz Vans models prior to 2023.
  3. Assistance via the i-button or 'me' button is standard for as long as the vehicle's technology is supported
  4. Requires Navigation, which is optional on some models.
  5. QR code only available on MBUX-equipped vehicles. Some oldergeneration vehicles are unable to be paired to your account directly through the app. Please contact your local dealer for assistance with these vehicles.
  6. Remote Start not available on all plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles, and SLC, SL and AMG GT models.
  7. Included in the Mercedes me app
  8. The services require that the corresponding optional equipment is installed in the vehicle.
  9. A visit to the dealership may be required in certain cases.
  10. Requires NTG 6 or above.
